The product I ordered is a total different one and I have no number to complain neither on the website nor the address in the bill. I would like that this site and the address given by them which is written on my bill. Today Hi. Very strangely after I thought what was fraud, I got a call from theroyalcouture.com and a person who claimed to be an owner(Hiren) of a venture said he wants my bank account and wants to refund. I told him I want what I ordered, a replacement. I doubt and I think they are trying to further fraud. I am writing this complaint in order to have a reference number to mention to the commissioner of cyber crime I am meeting this Sunday in our society. That is why complaining so that I can work on this further if it lasts to be a scam.
