Theroyalcouture is a fake site. I got a wrong order. Very cheap material. Can't log in their site also. No response to emails. Can't contact customer care even over a call. Please ensure strict action is taken against these frauds. Just happened to see many complaints against this site!

Yes it's a fraud site. I have also faced the same and tried contacting them but they have blocked me on Facebook. I have lodged a complaint but bot results yet. https://www.cybercrimecomplaints.in/thread/online-shopping-fraud-57/
