Sir, Tnaa9.com is a websites which was involved in online multilevel marketing by providing commissions to its registered users. They had a complete process like first registration, then addition of address and thereafter recharge of the account. The user had options to recharge with Rs. 200/- to more than 100000/-. After successful recharge they provide user to complete 30 tasks on daily basis and after completion the user used to receive their commissions in their Tnaa9.com account as per their level of tasks. During the Amazon prime fest they forced the users to recharge their account with higher amount as they stopped the users to complete their tasks of their respective levels. Many users have recharged their account with higher amount as Tnaa9.com has shown dream of giving rewards of the equal amount of their recharge. Meanwhile they bound the users to not withdrawal their amounts from their account. After completion when we have withdrew the amount, the status in tnaa9.com account started to show as success but the amount not received in our bank account. On enquiry tnaa9.com agents told that the tax commission has stopped the fund and users has to pay the taxes and we have recharged again for paying the taxes as told by their agents. But till now we haven't received the withdrawal amount in our bank account and now the site has gone down as well as the agents also not replying. I have enquired through MCA site the CIN which they have uploaded on their site and found that CIN is associated with some other company.
