I had received a call on 18th July from a person (named Ashok, mobile :8882487690)) saying...he is calling from Triptohotel....
He told that if i Book a holiday package online of Triptohotel today (as happy hours deal) than I will get 3N/4D holiday stay in selected resorts + assured free gift of Dell laptop.
He sent me a PayUmoney secured link for online payment of Rs. 9966/= which I had paid...& within 10 minutes he also send the payment confirmation mail with paid invoice attached in mail.... (mail id of company is : "infor@triptohotel.in")
And executive said the payment received and I will get the welcome kit brochure & free dell laptop in 3-5 days.
But till not I have not received anything..then I am continuously call their different contact numbers (01206500501, 01206524249)....but the reception lady said that they have not received any money online and they can't help it...
They are very rude while giving the answers on phone....This is all preplanned scam & fraud ..cheating people.
I tried Ashok's mobile (person who had called me first time)...but his cell no. is switched off.
also tried calling PayUmoney call center....but that number is continously kept on hold...nobody answers the call.
This Triptohotel is total fraud & scam....I have all relevant exchange mail on my mail id for proofs.
Please help on this matter and also punish these fraud people ASAP to avoid it in future..
