Last day, 0n 8th of April, 2020 an unapproved transactions happend from my SBI account in the name of GOOGLE *Outfit INC TXN. Rs. 390 was deducted without my knowledge and without accessing my debit card, neither generated any OTP for the above values. The message said "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card xxx1004 for a purchase worth Rs. 390 on POS 248742000103177 at GOOGLE *Outfit7 INC txn#009974049994.The card is not stolen otr used by anyone else in my family and friends. How it could be possible. But the noticeable incident in the transactions was the POS number 248742000103177. The transactions was done through the above POS. Please I request you to see into this matter and refund my deducted money as soon as possible. Sooner I will lodge complaint against this in police. And also do RTI against this process.
