An online fraud has occurred with my account number 33110836592, dated 11-March-21 at 3:51 PM IST, I have also filed an online complaint for the same and the complaint number is 7024659922 which has been closed saying that the proper solution has been provided.I complained about this fraud to cyber police station and bank but till now no action has been taken. Complained several times to the higher officials of the bank, but there was no cooperation from there. I am still struggling for my 1.18 lakh rupees money which is with your bank by fraud in my bank account. As per RBI guidelines, each bank account is insured up to Rs 5 lakh, please confirm whether it is correct with your bank.
