Hi Team,

My name is Anil Kumar. On Oct 30th, a series of transactions were done by an unauthorized source recursively using my wife's SBI debit card number and we lost a total sum of Rs 16,880. And surprisingly, there was no OTP sent by the SBI to authorize the payment. We came to know of this fraud only when we received a stream of messages all at once mentioning multiple debits from the account for Rs 349. We have raised a complaint with SBI as well for issue resolution but its been a month since we got any clear update. We are attaching the SBI transaction report from my wife's account for Oct 30, 2018. We request your help in resolving the issue.
