Unknown person calling my wife from PAST 1 year almost and troubling and talking nonsense about x

Unknown person first call my wife force for friendship ( long back) after disapproval again calls her request her will be friends have fun etc. For which my wife told me I told not to reply. after few days again forcing her to talk n be friends n XXX. I tried calling him his phone not reachable.. Now almost after 4-6 months he calls n m at home I picked the call he disconnect immediately.. Later when I call phone is not reachable.
Plz find a solution and put such people behind bars
