I purchased 5 T-Shirts from Desi Store who has been advertising on Facebook thru Shopify application. They supplied me wrong size of T-Shirts and very Cheap Material. On the same day I complained them ie 22/08/2022 on their email id contact.desistore@gmail.com .They did not reply immediately. When I threatened them to goto cyber cell they have been simply replying that their man will contact immediately. But since last 10days none of their representative has ever telephoned me nor they have given me their telephone number to me. I had paid Rs1098 in cash so there are no chances of further fraud.
I want to make the public aware that no goods should be bought from such sites and also other websites which are provided platform by Shopify.com My emails exchanged with The desistore are enclosed. I would request a cyber cell to send notice u/s 420 of IPC and other applicable sections like misrepresenting .
