Today Afternoon at 01.33 PM one lady asked for my Mother Mobile to make a call. She called a toll free number (18003157010) and received OTP from VK - HULHTH. Then she noted her password and left.

I just wanted to know for what purpose she did this and she is authorized representative of HUL Company?
