Cashfree is initiating a refund for you transaction at www.shopkaku.com since the merchant has been detected as a fraudulent merchant and their payment gateway account has been suspended.

For every transaction processed online, there is a transaction fee that gets charged, which is payable to the bank for every successful transaction. Hence, we can only process refund post deduction of TDR charges, as the same is non-recoverable.
