I have ordered the smart watch "Zossil 5S" which also mentioned on slip sticked on the parcel box but actual product inside the box is different that " Zook elite". Both the product are of the same company but they delivered the wrong product. When i mailed them with photographs on mail id help@zookr.in , they reply me that they dont have such policy to refund or replace the product. how could they replied ? who give them the rights to play with customer faith and emotions.
