I have withdrawn ₹5000/- from my SBI SB account through my debit card from SBI ATM on 30/07/2017 at 17:15 hours but I had not got withdrawn slip then I was trying to get balance of my account thrice and then I was got my account balance and I had leave ATM booths. When I reached at home I got a SMS from bank that ₹20000/- debited from my account through ATM withdrawal, while this transaction not done by me
I had made a complaint immediately with SBI but no positive outcome received from them.
Please help me to get my money from SBI.
