I have booked 3 holiday packeges of rs 10499/- on 11th April when i got call from Rohan Sharma and he told me that if you book package then you will get 2 gifts (1) mobile samsung galaxy S7 edge 128gb (2) sony xperia z2 tablet and so i purchase that products and afterwards he told me that if you purchase another product then you will get 2 gifts more and package will b valid till next year so i purchase that package too for total 4 gifts. Sony tablet,samsung galaxy S7 edge 128gb , philips 5.1 hometheatre speaker and trolly bag. So he told me that you will get this gifts after few days but i didn't recieve any products so called him and he transferred to mr "Varun Patel" and he told me to pay 7000 for insurance of electronics products then only you will get gifts then i said ok and then he told that if you pay extra 3 thousand then you will get samsung galaxy S6 32gb for free i said ok and i paid 10499 again and in return varun patel.told me that you will get total of 5 products. Two mobiles,one tablet,one hometheatre and trolly bag. And its already been month that he is giving excuses and delaying the products for dispached and last week i talked with Rajeev Mehta (se supervisor) he gauranteed me that you will get gifts before 24th may otherwise i will give you all your money back but as today also i didn't recieve any products
