I ordered one nokia phone 225 on 23.1.18 in Zookr. I received the phone at bluedart courier on 24.1.18.After that I opened the cover mobile is not Nokia without IMEI no's. It is totally dead condition battery local make. I need a payment to return in my account. Customer care phone not connected. Mail also no reply. So immediately blocked the Zookr. Thanking you

I ordered one zook ZT Smartphone on 09 / 07 /2018in zook iam received the phone at buledart courier on 13/07/2018 after that I opened the cavar mobile is not zook ZT Smartphone at the box in Y king android phone. I need a payment to return is my account. Customer care phone not connected. Mail also no reply. So immediately blocked the Zookr. Thanking you
