Same here.

These guys spoke very finely in English and since I sent an email asking more questions, after they ask my mobile number and name they start talking in Hindi and disconnecting the call.

They were explaining something over phone and the following were deviating from what we discussed and what was mentioned:

1. The customer service executive asked me when I am tentatively planning my vacation, and I mentioned in December. However, the executive neither mentioned about any blackout period nor was it present in the promotion email that was sent before payment. I see now that "Offer is not valid for black out period i.e. Offer cannot be utilized between 15th Dec to 10th Jan of each year". If the executive knows she should have mentioned during the call itself.

2. In the call they mentioned about Free meal, lunch dinner included in the package. But in the payment confirmation mail I see the wording as "if provided by the hotel". Not sure what it means? They haven't answered my query yet.

3. They basically attracted by saying that there is a free gift and the support executive mentioned that if we join the scheme today, there is a free gift offered for first few customers. But there was no mention about PROBABLE WINNING OF GIFT or any REFERRAL scheme. This is the real CHEAT where they mentioned later that it is referral bonus based on number of people we are referring successfully

I have paid Rs.10,600 and don't know what it is worth of! I am even more worried if this is gone money also!

Just hoping to hear back from them otherwise planning to take it up with consumer forum.

Please Lodge FIR against these type of company so No other person get scammed. Its very important to take action against these type of fraud companies. All north side based like noida, Delhi, Haryana company's are usually scam. Don't buy any scheme without any proper verification. Always first search it online for any complaints.
